These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ovo99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ovo99 online sports betting and live casino platform accessible at https://ovo99.lat and any associated mobile interfaces or applications.

To register and maintain an active account on ovo99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ovo99 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and the matter reported as required under applicable compliance obligations.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any legal disability or restriction that prevents you from entering into this Agreement.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is expressly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated funds.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true identity. You may not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity or payment details.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ovo99 or its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game content suppliers.

When registering an account on ovo99, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, contact number, and residential address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

ovo99 reserves the right to request documentation at any stage to verify the identity, age, and payment methods of any player. Such documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Evidence of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement)
• A selfie or live verification image as required by our compliance procedures

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by ovo99 may result in a restriction on withdrawals or suspension of the account pending verification. ovo99 shall not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by incomplete or pending KYC verification.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ovo99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit the Platform or its content.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. In particular, you agree that:

• All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are made voluntarily and at your own risk
• You will not access the Platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any non-human browsing technology
• You will not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit any aspect of the Platform's software or game logic
• You will not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• You accept that the outcome of all games and betting markets is final once settled, subject to ovo99's dispute resolution process
• You will not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to use your account

ovo99 reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance purposes. Any activity that appears irregular, suspicious, or inconsistent with normal player behaviour may trigger a compliance review, during which access to withdrawal may be temporarily restricted.

ovo99 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for the Malaysian market. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH).

ovo99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been identified. In such cases, additional documentation may be required before the withdrawal is processed.

ovo99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on each promotion page (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is MYR 500 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games typically contribute 10–20%. The full game contribution table is available on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has an expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from credit date). Bonuses not fully wagered within their validity period will be removed from the account.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. ovo99 reserves the right to withdraw or reverse any bonus claimed in breach of this rule.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This limit is stated on the relevant promotion page.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the ovo99 Platform. Specific sport-by-sport rules, including rules for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other markets, are set out in the Sport Rules section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are accepted subject to the maximum stake limits applicable to each market, which ovo99 may vary at its discretion.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event (where in-play betting is not offered) will be considered void.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors, ovo99 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• For Mix Parlay bets, if one or more selections are voided, the parlay is recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.
• Results are determined based on official results declared by the relevant governing body of each sport. Where no official result is available, ovo99 will use its reasonable judgment to determine the outcome.
• ovo99 reserves the right to restrict betting access, reduce maximum stakes, or decline bets on specific markets at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

All settled results are final unless overturned by an official governing body result correction. ovo99 will honour result corrections made by officially recognised sporting authorities within 72 hours of original settlement.

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms. ovo99 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the following prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any funds or winnings associated with such activity:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, including misrepresentation of age, identity, or country of residence.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening or attempting to open more than one account under the same or different identities for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play, including coordinated bonus clearing across multiple accounts.
• Collusion: Conspiring or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or any other competitive game format.
• Automated Play: Using bots, software exploits, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of laundering money or financing illegal activities. ovo99 is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
• Hacking & Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, manipulate, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, game logic, or security systems.
• Unauthorised Commercial Use: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without ovo99's prior written consent, including reselling access to betting markets or game content.

ovo99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling programme
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Regulatory or compliance-related requirements

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, ovo99 will return the player's remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) via the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from a breach, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting ovo99 support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours.

All intellectual property rights in and to the ovo99 Platform — including but not limited to the ovo99 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and data — are owned by or licensed to ovo99 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content or intellectual property of ovo99 without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ovo99 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ovo99 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary unavailability. ovo99 accepts no liability for betting or gaming activity affected by service interruptions.

ovo99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion is available to any player who believes they may be experiencing gambling-related harm. Once activated, self-exclusion prevents account access for the selected period and cannot be reversed during that period. Players requesting self-exclusion should contact our support team via live chat.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ovo99's international gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

For disputes relating to individual bet settlements or account decisions, players must first contact ovo99's customer support team to attempt resolution. ovo99 targets a response to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days. Where a dispute remains unresolved following ovo99's internal review, players may escalate to the relevant licensing body in accordance with the complaint procedure published on the Platform.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
